Bid documentation

The budgeting and money side of the bid is important, but it is far from the only thing that needs to be sorted out when you are putting together your bid.

The Canterbury Faire Subcommittee has prepared a bid template to streamline the process and ensure that nothing gets missed.

The bid template includes the following points.

• Department heads. Some of these rolls are critical and need to be appointed before a bid is presented.
• The plan for the meal plan.
• The event theme and any grand plans
• Any changes or omissions to keystone events.
• Any significant changes to the timetable.
• The summary copied from the budget spreadsheet.
